Load pins are commonly used in applications with brake anchors, rope, chains, bearing blocks, pivots, sheaves, shackles, and other similar objects. The load pin works as it senses the force that is being applied to it, it senses the force through strain gauges which are installed in the center of the pin.

Because the intricate parts of the load sensor are found within the center of the product, the load pin sensor is protected from virtually all elements, even water.
